These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at worldclass-creative.com (the "Site") and any inquiry, application, or purchase made through it. The Site is operated by David Eby Media Creations Inc., doing business as WorldClass Creative ("WorldClass Creative," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

WorldClass Creative provides cinematic video production, photography coordination, and personal branding content services for real estate professionals and builders. Information on the Site describing packages, pricing, and deliverables is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or order confirmation.

2. Applications & Bookings

Submitting an application through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee that we will accept your project. We work with a limited number of projects per month and review every inquiry. If a project is a fit, we will follow up to schedule a strategy call and provide a written proposal.

3. Personal Branding Subscriptions

• Personal Branding packages are billed monthly in advance. They are month-to-month with no long-term commitment and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, and undelivered reels for a paid period remain available to be produced.
• Scheduling of monthly shoot days is subject to mutual availability. Unused shoots do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Project-based listing media requires payment in full before the shoot is scheduled, unless otherwise stated in your proposal. Payments processed through the Site are handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

5. Deliverables, Revisions & Usage Rights

Delivery timelines, revision rounds, and usage or licensing terms for finished content are defined in your individual proposal. Unless a buyout is purchased, WorldClass Creative retains the right to display delivered work in its portfolio and marketing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including video, photography, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by WorldClass Creative or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party brokerage names and logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify clients and collaborators. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is." Market statistics referenced on the Site are drawn from third-party sources believed to be reliable but are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of results. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldClass Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
